~ Get to know with the job of property co-ownership administrator ~
The property co-ownership administrator is a proxy, a legal representative of the co-owners union.
The co-owners union is composed of all the lots owners within a same property co-ownership. This one is often represented by the labor-union council members.
The labor-union council is composed of the elected co-ownership members. It has a decision-making role about the points for whom it has been mandated and a control role of the property co-ownership administrator’s activities.
The property co-ownership administrator has many missions and in particular :

  • co-ownership management according to the in force laws and the co-ownership rules (insurance, current management, disasters, repair works, staff, co-owners union’s archives management, etc.)
  • accounting and financial management (co-owners union accounting, bank accounts management, owners’ individual accounting, etc.)
  • determination of the co-ownership objectives with the labor-union council
  • general meetings management (preparation, notification, progress of the general meetings, after GM information and carrying out of the made decisions)
